Tatsiana joined The Fusion Group in 2013. She specializes in providing tax planning solutions and compliance for private equity clients and high net worth individuals. Tatsiana helps clients tackle federal, multistate and international tax compliance issues. She also assists clients with estate and gift tax planning and compliance. She offers proactive guidance related to ever changing federal and state tax laws.

Tatsiana strives to bring the most innovative solutions to clients by staying current with tax developments and business trends.  She enjoys solving complex tax problems and providing tax advice based on economic and other aspects of her client’s lives.

Prior joining The Fusion Group, Tatsiana worked as a manager at PWC Boston and HarbourVest, where she gained extensive experience in federal, multi-state and international taxation in the asset management industry.

When not in the office, Tatsiana enjoys biking, hiking, canoeing, and skiing. Tatsiana is a leader of a local girl scout troop in Southborough.

Tatsiana is a CPA. She earned a B.S. in Accounting from University of Southern Maine and Master’s in Business Administration and M.S. in Accounting from Carroll School of Management of Boston College.
